Ingredients:
2 Carrots
1 coloured pepper
2 midium onions
1 celeray
1 fresh cream
1 vegetable cube( optional)
salt and black pepper ( as your taste)
2 Table spoon oil
2 cup boiling water
Method:
- Cut all the vegetables in small cube and stir fry them in 2 table spoon oil.
- Add two cup boiling water and vegetable soup cube and cook.
- Once vegetables are soft enough blend it all together.
- Take soup out in a bowl and add one table spoon fresh cream and mix .
- Sprinkle black pepper if you prefer and serve hot with bread rolls.
